Using TajerLink means you accept the following.

1. The site is a noticeboard. Any agreement or payment is between the advertiser and the visitor, outside the site.
2. The advertiser is responsible for the price, size, photos, ownership type and contact details.
3. Admins may reject, remove or feature a listing, and may disable an account that posts misleading content or impersonates an owner or brokerage.
4. A verified badge means an admin reviewed the listing. It is not a land-registry search and it is not a guarantee.
5. These terms describe how the site works. They are not legal advice.
